20 weeks and onward

I found out last Thursday that we will be having a baby GIRL in March! I am excited, and so thankful that my body is doing so well. I have not had to slow down much, and I have been enjoying not only casual fall bike rides, but also trail running once again. It is also time to re-join my gym, Access Fitness, and start a strength training routine through the winter. Mountain bike race season will be upon me before I know it, and this is a great reminder that I must keep working out almost daily, so that I can bounce back quickly after the baby comes!!!
